THANKS TO DR. COMODO, WELL DONE BY A CONTRACT:

Galera,
I take this opportunity to thank publicly the readiness of our Colleague Lists, Twitter, Facebook,
Also Photographer, Director of School of Photography, a specialist in Copyright Lawyer,
and Associate FOTOTECH

A customer, after commencing a project, sent me suddenly one of those ridiculous contract, I flatly refuse to sign,
and has been doing it for 31 years,
which proves that there is this talk that will be without work or be "punished" if we refuse to be "exploited" because I keep working until today :-)

I was very P's life, the shamelessness and impudence to send me such a contract.
I think think they are dealing with a novice, or an uninformed Joe Bloggs.

But Comodo turned pro and quickly sent him the damn contract.

Comodo, read, and I called RIU.

Quickly he gave his professional services again, and wrote a new contract clean, decent, professional, perfect.

I waited then the customer approves the completion of the work ordered, produce and manage everything from the choice of image format to be used, the local placement, everything.
We conclude that the image will be used in a photographic panel with 5 meters wide in places of high visibility in Rio de Janeiro.

I fought and demanded a credit (of course) all based on the new contract that he prayed that the Comodo drafted, but the client still did not know, because I thought I would sign the provided by them, I no moneto I said I would!

After much back and forth between image Agency, Client, and I finally reached an agreement on the size of credit and also to "cut" of the picture, since I do not agree with what they wanted and put forward my point of view.
Until after many emails and meetings have come to realize that my advice made sense for the place where it would be used and so on and so on.

Okay, approved material, as I wanted, finalized, they asked me to deliver direct image is closed in TIF, accurate measurement and SEM in some layers, so that no one alter the graphics or fonts, or colors, nor the size anything.

They sent a boy to fetch the CD and the Agreement signed authorizing them to use as agreed.

I sent it, except with the agreement made by an expert, COMODO and not what I had been sent before. Even because I never said that he agreed with him. Indeed told my lawyer would be assessed.

Simply text the Comodo is worth reading with pleasure to observe the smallest details, and he put that protect not only me but also to the client. And of course has its punishments stipulated for if there is a breach of any of the sides.

Beautiful even have each paragraph that looks like a jewel :-) Very show.
At one point he states that the copyright claim, necessarily, should always appear in a ratio of 30% of the lower side of the picture ... of course for those who already know me (in love with numerology) moved to 28% :-)

Of course I can not reproduce here all the text and details, because it would be violating the copyright on the text of the COMODO Contract.

But I suggest to colleagues that they seek COMODO, for those times when a damn lawyer and expert OUR metier, familiar with the pitfalls of the profession as a photographer, you can create, write, prepare contracts really smart for our day to day.

Again, Thanks for the promptness COMODO not only in this case, as in many others who have participated together, including some international, as some foreign photographers have come to me to help them with problems that happen to them here in Brazil and I always end indicating the COMODO to solve.

Now it has more than one of Austria being sacaniado by companies here in Brazil and is now being cared for him and I also help :-)
